Our Mission
Our mission at Najam Institute Foundation goes beyond just providing aid for humanitarian efforts.
We are devoted to helping those in need by offering them the essential resources and support necessary for them to lead a more prosperous life. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity for a brighter future. That is why we work hard each day towards creating more opportunities for individuals in need so they can gain access to basic human rights such as reliable food security systems, healthcare services, clean water sources, sanitation facilities, quality education options and safe shelters.
Furthermore, we aim to provide psychological support and guidance so those living under difficult circumstances can reach their full potential. Lastly through our ongoing project that provides financial assistance to students from underprivileged communities we specialize in creating an equitable society where everyone has equal access to quality education thus ensuring future wellbeing.
Our Team
Mufti Samir Wahid is the founder & ameer of Najam Institute. He received his Alimiyyah degree from Darul Uloom Al Madania/Darul Uloom Canada in 2012 and his Iftaa degree in 2014. Thereafter, Mufti Samir moved back to his hometown, Atlanta, GA, where he started Islamic Institute of Atlanta, Darul Arqam Institute and is the CEO of Al Furqan Academy. Mufti Samir has traveled around the world delivering motivational speeches and is well known for answering questions via various social media platforms.
